Niteowlnaps – Niteowlnaps is an alias I picked up due to my nocturnal habits. Basically, it’s L’Oqenz past 2/3am… when I really get busy! After spending a long period of time in solitude, I learned a lil sumthin, sumthin about myself.... I see colour and sounds. www.myspace.com/niteowlnaps

Her rich voice harbors classic soul influences, while birthing an original, contemporary and memorable sound. Critiques and fans alike rave as Now Magazine voted her 2008 R&B artist of the year and the single Silly Happy Wild climbs to number one on OTA Live/ HipHopCanada “Megacity Countdown". ![]() ![]() Daughter of jazz/blues singer Salome Bey, struts onstage; her band connects and grooves out some bluesy rock, deep funk and hot buttered soul. Having started her career at the age of 19 touring across North America as an emcee, Isis later became an integral part of the party-starting duo, Thunderheist. During this period, Isis also branched-out to make high-profile appearances on The Jimmy Kimmel Show (alongside MSTRKRFT and Noreaga) and the legendary Apollo Theatre in Harlem, New York.
